It's November, so obviously we had to create a box of indulgences that focus on the flavors we love to taste during a Thanksgiving feast. This is a great gift to bring for the host or hostess of your Thanksgiving dinner because, let's be honest, they really don't need another green bean casserole when they've already made massive amounts of food for you and your family to eat. Your mom, dad, uncle, grandmother, or BFF made you an amazing Thanksgiving spread, so thank them by bringing treats they can savor for weeks to come.
Here's what you'll find in your November Nöje pairing box:
1804 Pine Fore Coffee: In the days of our founding fathers, Haiti was one of the foremost producers of gourmet coffee. Drink their Pine Fore single origin roast for a "throwback Thanksgiving".
Adagio Pumpkin Spice Black Tea: Obviously we had to include something that is pumpkin spice. Put down your pumpkin spice latte for the day and swap it out for a mug of naturally spiced goodness.
Bee Raw Oregon Maple Blossom Honey: This single varietal 100% raw honey is a rare treat. It also reminds us of a honey maple sugar glaze that you'd put on a massive 25 pound bird. Mmmmm..... honey maple glazed turkey....
Cacao Prieto Pecan and Sour Cherry 72% Dark Chocolate: It's like a chocolate pie, pecan pie, and cherry pie all in one bite. This is some seriously amazing single origin dark chocolate from the Dominican Republic, and it pairs perfectly with the pecans and sour cherries in it.
Pacari Organic Chocolate with Cranberry: Cranberry sauce has always been one of my favorite things on a Thanksgiving spread, so we had to include a chocolate bar with cranberries in it. 60% organic dark chocolate made in Ecuador.
Raaka Limited Batch Apple Pie 68% Dark Chocolate: This actually does taste like someone threw an apple pie at a big hunk of awesome Dominican dark chocolate. This is one of Raaka's limited edition "first nibs" bars, so get it while you can because it will not be around forever!
Alright folks, there you have it. Thanksgiving in a box as a way to give thanks to the people who make your life special.
