This month we decided to feature craft chocolate bars that contain unique herbs and spices as our homage to Autumn. We chose the bars featured this month by carefully selecting bars containing ingredients we've never seen before in a chocolate bar. As with our October chocolate box, we recommend you taste your chocolate flight from lightest to darkest chocolate, sipping sparkling water in between bites.
First, take a bite of Pacari's lightly herbal 60% dark lemongrass chocolate from Ecuador. Next open up Amano's 60% dark cardamom black pepper chocolate featuring Guayas cacao from the Dominican Republic. Then, move forward into Raaka's 66% dark smoked chai with Bolivian cacao and Lapsang Souchong, a smoked black tea from the Lapu Mountain region of south-east China. Finish off your flight with our darkest featured chocolate, a 72% dark mandarin bergamot chocolate from Cacao Prieto.
